Translation
All charges for standard translation services are based on the word count of the source material. However, in a situation when it is difficult to determine the word count, for example due to poor quality or legibility, the translation may be charged on the word count of the targeted material. Thus, charges may depend on the following: the complexity of a material, the subject matter and the urgency of a translation service.

For information translation: 75 GBP per 1,000 words
For publication translation: 85 GBP per 1,000 words
Minimum charge: 25 GBP for material with less than 300 words
Rush surcharge: + 25 %
Quotation: Free

Certificates, Diplomas, Certified Documents
Due to the nature and the volume of work involved, certificates, diplomas and any certified documents are charged per page basis. The translation will retain exactly the same layout as the source material. Please do not send any original documents, copies are only required.

Certified translation: First page (certification fee incl.): 40 GBP
Each additional page: 15 GBP

Certification not required: First page: 30 GBP
Each additional page: 15 GBP

Proof Reading & revision

Proofreading and revision are charged per hour at the rate of
30 GBP.
